Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Investment Banking experience at a leading bank or boutique.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Midstream, Energy Infrastructure or Energy Transition preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
• Exposure to M&A, corporate finance and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, evaluation and execution of M&A and corporate development opportunities.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate acquisitions, investments and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct valuation, transaction and returns analysis across midstream assets.
• Assist full transaction lifecycle from opportunity evaluation through due diligence, negotiation and closing.
