Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream seeks a Project Engineer to lead engineering, design, construction, and modification of crude and refined product pipelines and terminal facilities, providing technical leadership through the full project lifecycle.

The role requires eight years of progressive experience in pipelines or petrochemical facilities, a Bachelor's in engineering, and strong command of industry standards; PE registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of progressive work experience in pipelines, terminals, or petrochemical facilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering required.
• Professional Engineer registration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of standards and practices in the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, design, construction, and modification of pipelines and terminals.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Manage EPC firms, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support regulatory compliance and MOC/HAZOP reviews.
• Coordinate permitting and field investigations.
