Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering, design, construction, and modification of crude and refined product pipelines and terminal facilities. The role requires guiding project teams through the full lifecycle, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations, with extensive field and regulatory exposure.

Locations include Dallas, TX and other major sites. A minimum eight years in pipelines or related facilities is expected, with a Bachelor's in engineering and PE

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in pipelines, terminals, pipeline stations, or petrochemical facilities.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering required.
• Professional Engineer registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, design, construction, and modification of pipelines and terminals.
• Deliver projects from concept through turnover and handover.
• Coordinate permitting, regulatory compliance, and MOC processes.
• Provide field support, performance troubleshooting, and operations liaison.
