Job summary

Antero Resources seeks an experienced engineer to guide long- and short-term planning and infrastructure build-outs for gas and water transportation. You will develop hydraulic models, analyze capital and operating costs, and support economic decision-making across planning teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers and operations to track cost metrics, enabling informed investment choices while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from ABET-accredited institution in Engineering.
  • Field of Study: Engineering.
  • At least three (3) years of related experience.

  • Apply fluid dynamics and thermodynamics to support planning processes.

  • Report capital budget, OPEX and fee performance metrics for economic analysis.
  • Coordinate with project managers and operations to track project cost metrics and schedules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Under Limited Supervision This Position Will

Qualifications
Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an ABET accredited institution.
  • Field of Study: Engineering
  • At least three (3) years of related experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Job is performed in both the office and in the field work environment.
  • Approximately 90% in the office and 10% in the field.
This Position May Be Subject To
  • Exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.
  • Extreme Cold and Heat: temperatures typically below 32 o F or above 100 o F for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions as wind, rain, snow, and humidity.
  • Noise: there is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
  • Vibration: exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body.
  • Confined Space: work areas large enough for individual to enter, limited means of entry or exit, and not designed for continue occupancy.
