Job summary

Antero Resources Corporation in Bridgeport, WV, is seeking a Control Room Operator II Midstream to oversee key SCADA-driven operations in a fast-paced midstream environment. You will coordinate with production, midstream, and marketing teams, monitor LAUF and performance metrics, and respond to outages or unplanned events.

The role requires at least three years in a control room or dispatch setting, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with SCADA systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of related control room or dispatch experience.
• Proficiency with SCADA and data analysis to diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point field contact between Production, Midstream, third-party providers, and Marketing in order to promote better communications, decision making, and teamwork. Communicate scheduled and unscheduled well downtime.
• Conduct LAUF volume analysis throughout the system on a spot basis to verify system performance, diagnose issues, and advise correction.
• Monitor gathering, compression, and processing performance to ensure efficiency expectations are being met. Identify and advise field personnel on corrective actions.
• Utilize SCADA software to analyze data trends to anticipate abnormal conditions, verify safety points, identify root cause and correct deviations.
• Work with Marketing and downstream pipelines to ensure nominations are correct and communicate shortages or outages that may impede deliveries.
• Develop, update, and communicate planned maintenance and outage schedules and optimize systems during outages.
