Job summary

Antero Resources is seeking a professional to serve in a control room/dispatch capacity, coordinating between Production, Midstream, and Marketing. You will monitor gathering and compression performance, analyze SCADA data, and communicate planned maintenance while ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The role requires strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and proficiency with SCADA systems, with opportunities to contribute to system optimization and reliable deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three (3) years of related field experience in control room/ dispatch or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as central field contact between Production, Midstream, third-party providers, and Marketing; communicate scheduled and unscheduled downtime.
• Conduct LAUF volume analysis to verify system performance and advise corrections.
• Monitor gathering, compression, and processing performance; propose corrective actions.
• Use SCADA software to analyze data trends and identify deviations.
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure correct nominations and report shortages or outages.
• Develop, update, and communicate maintenance/outage schedules; optimize during outages.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
