Osceola Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient care under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor or Med/Surg RN. The role is a 0.9FTE midshift position in Osceola, WI, with responsibilities including ADL assistance and clinical support.

The CNA will observe and document patient status, participate in the interdisciplinary care team, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Certification as a Nursing Assistant or ability to obtain before start date.
• BLS certification required.
• Prefer 1 year Med/Surg or hospital experience.

Responsabilités

• Observes, collects, and documents patient information and reports significant changes to RN or physician.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living per plan of care (bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation).
• Maintain a clean work environment, manage supplies, and transport patients/specimens.
• Assist patients and families during admission, orientation, and discharge.
• Provide care/treatments per plan of care including monitoring vitals, height/weight, specimen collection, catheter care, glucose checks, ROM, and drain care.
• Ensure competency in required skills and annual competency assessment.
