Job summary

Osceola Medical Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the midshift, 0.6FTE in Osceola, WI. The CNA will coordinate and deliver patient care under supervision of the Shift Supervisor or Med/Surg RN.

Candidate must have Wisconsin CNA certification or be able to obtain it before start date, with BLS certification. Hospital or Med/Surg experience is preferred but not required. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant with current Wisconsin Certification or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• BLS certification is required.
• Prefer 1 year Med/Surg or hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe, collect, and document patient information while providing care and report significant changes to a nurse or physician.
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, feeding and ambulation as outlined in the care plan.
• Maintain a clean work area, change linens, monitor supplies, and transport patients/specimens.
• Assist with admission, orientation to the facility, and discharge of patients and families.
• Provide care/treatments per the care plan, including monitoring vital signs, measuring height/weight, and capillary glucose checks.
• Ensure competency in required skills and yearly competency assessments.
