Job summary

Joy Baking Group is seeking a Material Handler for the midnight shift to ensure the plant is supplied with packaging and raw materials and to move finished goods to stock. The role includes loading/unloading trucks, stacking pallets, and conducting regular inventory tasks with accuracy.

The ideal candidate will be able to lift 20–50 lb repeatedly, operate a forklift safely, and learn robotic palletizers. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 20–50 pounds repeatedly during shift
• Must possess (or be able to develop) forklift operation skills
• Must be trainable to operate tractors and move trailers around yard and into truck bays

Responsibilities

• Supply plant with packaging and raw materials and place finished goods in stock
• Load and unload trucks
• Stack pallets neatly in various types of racking
• Receive inbound shipments and perform inventory counts
• General housekeeping of the warehouse
• Perform duties as directed by supervisor
