Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is hiring a Material Handler to store, move, and handle products in a GMP environment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain inventory, feed lines, and ship/receive materials. Emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork across shifts.

The role requires standing most of the shift, ability to lift and move up to 90 lbs with assistance, and forklift experience or certification within 90 days. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs or willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days.
• Ability to operate stand-up and extended forklifts.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and write in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, transport, pack, remove and dispose of products and materials.
• Operate forklifts, handcarts, or pallet jacks to pick, replenish, shuttle, and load/unload orders.
• Maintain inventory levels as directed.
• Feed lines with product as scheduled or directed by supervision or line leads.
• Ship and receive materials.
• Operate equipment safely.
• Count and weigh units moved or handled.
• Ensure proper labeling of moved products.
• Maintain 5S and keep work areas clean.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
