Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials up to 55 pounds regularly.
• Basic math and reading skills for inventory and documentation.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent sit-down forklift operator ability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Sort, label, and store materials in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Prepare and stage materials for outbound shipments according to schedules.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records via scanning and data entry in WMS.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily goals and deadlines.
