The successful candidate will draft pleadings, manage discovery, conduct legal research, take depositions, participate in mediations, and collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to California bar required or eligible.
• 3–5 years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support all phases of employment litigation in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Take and defend depositions, including party and witness depositions.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with clients on employment counseling and risk management.
• Work with partners and litigation teams on high-profile matters.
• Contribute to business development and client relations initiatives.
