Job summary

Acuren is seeking NDT and RT Assistants to support our Midland, TX operations. You will assist in calibrations, nondestructive tests, and evaluations for acceptance or rejection according to written instructions and recorded results.

Responsibilities include setting up NDT equipment, aiding radiographers, performing tests to detect defects, and maintaining inspection records. Local candidates preferred; travel expectations may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Technical background helpful for NDT work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and utilize Nondestructive Test equipment.
• Assist Radiographers in calibrating NDT equipment.
• Assist Radiographers to conduct tests to detect defects using NDT methods.
• Record results of inspections.
• Assist performing NDT procedures and transporting equipment.
• Perform other job tasks as assigned by management.
