Formación

• Leadership experience overseeing software teams.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills.
• Budgeting and resource forecasting abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day management of one software team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Plan and track 18-month forecasts and budgets for the team.
• Define design approaches and ensure architectural standards across projects.
• Coordinate with marketing, product ownership, scrum masters, and backend teams.
