Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in software development with leadership experience, strong C#, .NET, SQL skills, and solid understanding of Agile practices to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

7 years of job-related experience with software development leadership.
Experience in middleware or backend IoT systems using C#, .NET and SQL.
Experience defining architectural specifications to create quality software.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day execution for one team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Plan functional design, resource effort, schedules, and cost for projects.
Forecast 18 months of project work and track reporting for direct reports.
Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external consultants as needed.
