Provide support for a Middleware Services organization, including leading customer and user engagement to analyze, design and implement IT business systems. Assume responsible for multiple integrated projects and systems, documenting and establishing strategies and process improvement opportunities, such as b usiness process reengineering (BPR), for Middleware O&M team. Work with users and customers for functional and technical activities and lead integration efforts with Testing and Cyber teams as well as application development teams. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with technical integration oversight and coordination across multiple internal and external projects, including during testing phases
Experience with defining and managing strategy for applying program management, testing, and development tools across the integration lifecycle
Experience with managing traceability of integration activities across development, build, release, and verification schedules to functional requirements
Experience with conducting technical impact analysis of upstream and downstream system dependencies, and recommending and communicating mitigation strategies
Experience in supporting orchestration of renewal and management of security certificates
Experience with managing triage operations for P1–P4 incidents with decision trees
Knowledge of one or more of the following technology ecosystems: WebMethods and API Gateway, IBM MQ JMS Adaptor, Ansible, Splunk, or ServiceNow
IRS Moderate Risk Background Investigation (IRS MBI)
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with managing a team conducting post-maintenance health checks following OS, database, and MQ patching cycles, and validating service availability and system performance
Experience with executing and managing a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), including creation, updates, and mitigation
Vetting:
Applicants selected must possess an active IRS Moderate Risk Background Investigation (IRS MBI) and meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; IRS MBI is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
