Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Principal Systems Integration professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex technology integrations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in systems architecture, API integration, middleware platforms, and enterprise application connectivity. This role requires technical leadership, strategic problem-solving, and collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise system integration solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and reliable integrations between applications, databases, cloud platforms, and legacy systems.
• Establish integration standards, technical guidelines, and best practices.
• Oversee API development, middleware configuration, data exchange, and integration testing.
• Identify and resolve complex integration issues affecting system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct technical reviews and mentor engineers on integration design and implementation.
• Ensure integrations comply with security policies, data governance requirements, and industry standards.
• Evaluate emerging integration technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and integration procedures.
