Desired Qualifications:

• Robust team or technical leadership experience
• Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
• Understanding of compliance and risk management requirements
• Experience with IBM MQ on zOS, zLinux, AIX, and IBM MQ Appliance
• Knowledge of Incident Management System (ServiceNow preferred)
• Monitoring Alerts, Batch Failures, ServiceNow Queue handling
• Handling outage calls, triaging issues, fixing problems
• Experience with Ansible, UDeploy, shell commands, Linux administration, and basic networking
• Understanding networking topology, load balancers (F5/AVI)
• Troubleshooting Java Application Servers issues

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to interact with all organizational levels, including leadership
• 12+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience or equivalent
• 8+ years of hands-on Middleware administration experience (IBM MQ, IBM Message Broker, KAFKA, Solace)
• Experience in Middleware Production Support on Linux and Windows
• Configuring MQ Queue Managers and troubleshooting MQ Clusters
• Creating and maintaining MQ objects (Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, etc.)
• Knowledge of MQ monitoring tools like IR360

This role involves consulting on complex initiatives, analyzing infrastructure challenges, and collaborating with client personnel. The position is full-time at a senior-mid level.
