Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with WebSphere and WebLogic middleware administration.
Experience working with Apache on Linux platforms.
Intermediate knowledge of the Linux operating system.
Expert-level knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server (Traditional and Liberty).
Intermediate-level knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Application Server.
Ability to troubleshoot complex middleware and system-level issues.
Experience scripting and automating administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server (Traditional and Liberty).

Perform routine administration, performance tuning, and environment optimization.
Automate common administrative tasks using scripting tools (Shell, wsadmin, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments, configurations, and middleware upgrades.
Maintain documentation for installation processes, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
Monitor middleware environments to ensure reliability, availability, and performance.
