Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with WebSphere and WebLogic middleware administration.
• Experience working with Apache on Linux platforms.
• Intermediate knowledge of the Linux operating system.
• Expert-level knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server (Traditional and Liberty).
• Intermediate-level knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Application Server.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex middleware and system-level issues.
• Experience scripting and automating administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server (Traditional and Liberty).
• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Application Server (v14.x).
• Troubleshoot complex middleware and infrastructure issues across Linux environments.
• Perform routine administration, performance tuning, and environment optimization.
• Automate common administrative tasks using scripting tools (Shell, wsadmin, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments, configurations, and middleware upgrades.
• Maintain documentation for installation processes, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor middleware environments to ensure reliability, availability, and performance.
