Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Excellent computer, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Reside in Nashville, TN or surrounding area or be willing to relocate; travel required.
• Willing to travel and lift/load boxes; detail-oriented; strong written and oral communication.
• Evenings and Saturdays may be required for events and recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory strategic plan to meet enrollment goals.
• Define travel and recruitment priorities using enrollment metrics.
• Travel to high schools and colleges for visits, fairs, and events.
• Represent UT Martin at recruitment events and programs.
• Provide presentations about admissions, financial aid, housing and academics to diverse audiences.
• Coordinate campus tours and maintain contact with prospective students and families via multiple channels.
• Assist with SOAR, Preview Days, and other events; work extended hours and overnight travel as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
