Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Customer service, recruitment, admissions, marketing, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Admissions team.
• Evening/weekend work and regional travel required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified domestic students in Tennessee, Arkansas, and North Louisiana to support enrollment goals.
• Develop recruitment strategies for the assigned territory.
• Attend college fairs and school visits.
• Meet with prospective students, families, and counselors.
• Assist students throughout the admissions and enrollment process.
• Build relationships with high schools, community colleges, and partners.
