Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of sport-specific playing and/or coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to instruct drills, ensure safety, and apply skills effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practices and coordinate schedules.
• Promote the wrestling program within the school and community.
• Ensure safety training and proper first aid practices are in place.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and facility readiness.
• Attend meetings and communicate program expectations to athletes and families.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

One year of sport-specific playing/coaching experience
