Qualifications

• At least one year experience working with and/or managing children or programs involving children.
• Minimum high school diploma; with a minimum of 48 college credit hours (Required).
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with diverse individuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assists Teachers with various assignments, including copying, observation, attendance checks, and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinates program activities (e.g., games, art, music, homework) to address individual and group needs.
• Maintains records and files (enrollment, sign-in/out logs, invoices) for accurate documentation.
• Participates in staff meetings and other meetings to share information and grow professionally.
• Maintains a safe environment for children and supports positive learning environments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
