Job summary

Hastings High School - CERC in Hastings, MI is seeking a part-time coaching staff member to work with student athletes after school and on some Saturdays. Starting time aligns with MHSAA practice windows and seasonal schedules for fall and winter sports.

Applicants should demonstrate good character, health, strong public relations and interpersonal skills, and a clear passion for mentoring youth. A high school diploma and knowledge of the sport are required; recent experience at near the level

• Recent experience at a level near the role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaching student athletes after school and some Saturdays.
• Work with student athletes to develop skills and sportsmanship.
• Coordinate with other coaches and school staff as needed.

Hours: After School and some Saturdays

Starting Time: First official MHSAA practices may begin on 11/9, 11/11, 11/16, 11/18. 1/5/27 for 2nd Winter MS Season (Depending on Sport).

Type of Work: Coaching Student Athletes

Minimum Requirements:

Be of good character. Be in good health. Must have good public relations and interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for working with student athletes.
