Qualifications

• Successful high school and/or collegiate level coaching experience, and/or related educational leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships between the program and the local community.

Responsibilities

• Advise, coordinate, and support athletic personnel for Varsity and JV teams.
• Coordinate instruction and training of all athletes in the sport.
• Model a transformational, purpose-driven philosophy as a coach.
