Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is required.
• Must hold or be actively working to obtain NJ teacher certification within the first year and complete by the second.
• Experience driving student achievement with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide excellent instruction aligned to standards.
• Develop detailed lesson plans, materials, and assessments.
• Provide differentiated learning opportunities for all students.
• Set clear expectations for student engagement and behavior.
• Collaborate with teachers to boost engagement and achievement.
• Engage families through calls and meetings for student support.
• Provide after-school academic support of at least one hour weekly.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.
