Qualifications

• Must hold NJ instructional certificate for Students with Disabilities or Handicapped.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and behavior support skills.
• IEP implementation, goals & PLAAFP knowledge.
• Ability to supervise paraprofessionals and collaborate with CST & administration.
• Experience with students with autism preferred.
• Mandatory criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Educate students in the Multiple Disabilities Program.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and PLAAFP.
• Collaborate with CST, teachers, and administration to support inclusion.
• Provide direction and support to paraprofessionals in the classroom.
