Job summary

ConnectedHealth seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a 36-week contract in Willimantic, CT. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, and collaborate with a school-based support team to promote student progress.

Qualifications include a CT license or eligibility, a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, and at least 1 year in school settings. Compensation goes up to $70/hour, with benefits and scheduling designed for school-based needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Connecticut
• CCC-SLP (or equivalent) certification as required
• Minimum 1 year of school-based experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Background check and compliance screening

Responsibilities

• Support middle school students as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Collaborate with school-based team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide direct speech therapy services to students on caseload
• Support caseload with focus on student progress and needs
• Engage in team meetings, documentation, and assessments for student success
