Job summary

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, offering 35 to 37.5 hours weekly and evidence-based therapy to enhance communication and academic success. The position requires licensure and CCC-SLP, with collaboration across educators, families, and related service providers.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure is required.
• CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Experience with K-12 student populations, including evaluation, direct therapy, and IEP development.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide ongoing speech and language therapy for students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and related documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to design targeted interventions.
• Monitor student progress, adjust treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Educate staff and caregivers to support student growth beyond direct therapy.
