Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a high school caseload in Connecticut for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract role offers diverse responsibilities, including some out-of-district and parochial settings, fostering professional growth.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and deliver therapy to students with a 50–60 high school caseload.

Qualifications

• CT SLP license required.
• Experience with high school students preferred.
• CCC or CFY credentials required.
• Familiarity with educational best practices in SLP.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload including OOD and parochial students.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy to high school students.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families.
• Support students in various learning environments, including some OOD and parochial settings.
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to student success.
