Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco seeks a Middle School Services Director at the Springer Clubhouse in San Francisco. This in-person, full-time role focuses on 6th–8th graders, academic success, healthy lifestyles, and job readiness within BGCSF's framework.

Lead program delivery, data-driven attendance, recruitment/retention, and school partnerships, guiding a team to create an inclusive club culture and strong transitions for students moving between grades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in curriculum development and implementing high-quality youth programs.
• Ability to analyze participation data to inform program decisions.
• Strong organization and project-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Valid CA Driver's License and comfort driving/transporting youth in San Francisco.
• Red Cross First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Lead program leadership and member development for 6th–8th graders.
• Manage attendance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Recruitment/retention and school partnerships; attend IEP meetings when applicable.
• Prepare and submit program reports and data metrics.
