Qualifications

• Must hold a Teacher Assistant Certification and have passed a Praxis exam or hold an Associate degree in education.
• Experience with students with emotional/behavioral concerns preferred.
• CPI certification preferred; training provided if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Support paraprofessionals in planning and classroom activities.
• Assist in transitioning students to the general education setting.
• Monitor and collect data as part of a behavior plan.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student success.
