Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates’ degree or its equivalent: ParaPro or similar assessment program certificate, or 48 hours college credits preferred.
• Professional development as required.
• Experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instructional assignments and classroom management.
• Support individual and small groups of students in instructional and social situations.
• Assist with personal care and daily living skills for individual children.
• Provide general supervision of students within and outside the school building.
• Maintain records and monitor student work.
