Job summary

Timberlake Church's Redmond Campus is seeking a Middle School Pastor to join the student team, focusing on middle school ministry and building authentic relationships with students. You will teach the gospel, recruit and mentor volunteers, and collaborate with the Redmond team to align middle and high school ministries.

Evening and weekend flexibility is expected to support outreach and events. This role emphasizes relational discipleship, partnerships with local schools, and helping students

• Loves students and builds trust with them over time.
• Communicates effectively with teenagers in groups and one-on-one.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with middle schoolers and create consistent opportunities for discipleship.
• Teach and communicate the gospel in ways that connect with middle school students.
• Develop and invest in volunteers, helping them grow as leaders and disciple makers.
• Collaborate with the Redmond student team to serve both middle and high school ministry with alignment and momentum.
• Invest in local partnerships and contact work at local schools.
• Other duties as assigned.
