Easton Middle School in North Easton, Massachusetts is seeking an energetic Instructional Math Coach to join our team and work with grade levels 6–8. The role leads math initiatives, coaches teachers in curriculum revision, differentiates instruction, and uses student data for instructional decisions, while coordinating interventionists and SIT meetings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coach teachers to revise curriculum, deliver differentiated instruction, and use data for decisions.
• Organize intervention groups structure, schedules, and assign Interventionists.
• Train and support Interventionists in targeted interventions.
• Provide teachers and Interventionists with grade-level data for formative decisions.
• Incorporate diverse assessment strategies to inform instruction.
• Review programs and materials and make recommendations.
• Plan and facilitate data meetings.
• Participate in SIT meetings with staff.
• Coordinate and communicate with the Math Department Chair.
• Assist Interventionists and teachers with data, feedback, and modeling.
• Apply culturally responsive teaching and maintain an inclusive environment.
