Job summary

North DuPage Elementary Partnership is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Instructional Classroom Paraprofessional for Spring Wood Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year. The paraprofessional will work under the supervision of the Assigned Teacher and building administration to support classroom instruction and reinforce learning.

Required is a valid Illinois Paraprofessional Educator License or ISBE-qualified credentials; experience with middle school students is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Paraprofessional Educator License (PEL or Educator License with Stipulations – Paraprofessional Endorsement) or ISBE-qualified.
• Experience with middle school students preferred.
• Ability to support classroom instruction under certified staff.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with students and staff.
• Ability to fulfill the assigned temporary, part-time work schedule.
