Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, in-person counseling for students with academic, social, or emotional needs.
• Collaborate with staff, teachers, and parents to identify students needing ongoing counseling.
• Monitor at-risk students and help create success plans with teachers and families.
• Schedule and lead meetings with parents, teachers, and administrators.
• Maintain records and support data analysis and reporting for student progress.
