Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject/level assigned.
• Student teaching or approved internship, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned to district curriculum and show evidence of preparation.
• Plan activities reflecting different learning styles and needs of students.
• Assess student learning and provide progress reports as required.
• Supervise teacher aides and volunteers as assigned.
• Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning.
