Swartz Creek Community Schools is seeking a Middle School Educational Aide to support students in the RIP Room. OUR HOURS: 8:15am - 3:45 Pm (includes 1/2 hour unpaid lunch)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Knowledge of school & district rules and policies and procedures for student discipline
• Build relationships with students by guiding positive behaviors in school
• Provide supervision for lunch detention, after school detention, and in-school suspension
• Supervise students in hallways, during arrival, dismissal, and passing time
• Building relationships with students
• Monitor, track, and report to teachers in regards to student behavior and academic performance while in the Responsibility Room
• Assist with office tasks and other duties as assigned.
