Job summary

Vaughn Next Century Learning Center seeks a Dean of Culture to lead a positive, safe, structured school climate across its campuses in the LA area. You will work with students, families, teachers, counselors, and administrators to promote behavior supports and social-emotional learning that enhances learning outcomes.

The role requires a 4-year degree and a CA teaching credential, plus at least three years of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, CA teaching credential required (single or multiple subject).
• Minimum of three years classroom teaching experience.
• Strong skills in PBIS, restorative practices, and school culture support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and reinforce a positive, safe, structured school climate.
• Promote PBIS and restorative practices across the campus.
• Support student behavior interventions and crisis response.
