Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s in School Counseling and a state license, plus experience with middle school populations and data-driven guidance programs. Collaboration with families and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in School Counseling is required.
• Valid State School Counselor License or Certification (K–12 or Middle Level).
• Experience with middle school populations and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver whole-class and small-group SEL lessons and counseling.
• Create and manage school master schedules with leadership.
• Guide course planning based on academic goals and test results.
• Support post-secondary exploration and career awareness.
• Engage families and coordinate evening conferences/events.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and special staff.
• Monitor PBIS/PBSP plans and participate in MTSS/504 teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to FERPA.
