Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Guidance Counseling and valid Texas counseling certificate.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Promote district initiatives and growth mindset with staff, parents, and students.
  • Coordinate transitions from elementary to middle and high school and to a post-secondary institution.
  • Serve as liaison for Counseling Services with campus leadership teams and district communications.
  • Develop and facilitate counseling program evaluations and in-service trainings.
