Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team under direction.
• Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Teach SEL lessons to students in small groups, whole-class settings, and a daily-rotating middle school elective.
• Build positive relationships with students through daily check-ins and support while referring concerns to administration.
• Support behavioral, social, and emotional success by assisting with intervention plans and school expectations.
