Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferable experience supervising in athletics, recreation, education, or related fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with adults and students in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise middle school assistant coaches.
• Supervise student athletes.
• Plan and monitor practices and training sessions.
• Ensure safety and proper equipment use.
• Communicate with administrators, staff, and parents.
