Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of assistant coaching experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old (per WIAA).
• First Aid Certificate and CPR card are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student athletes to promote learning through athletic participation.
• Plan and implement sport programs, set objectives, and ensure safety.
• Organize after-school practices for 7th–8th grade and 6th grade teams.
• Coordinate equipment use, budgeting, and inventory with athletic director.
• Inform students and parents about eligibility rules and schedules.
• Attend district and building athletic meetings and stay current with policies.
