Qualifications

• Experience teaching recreational activities to children.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, and coaching staff.
• Ability to respond quickly and efficiently in emergencies.

• Must be able to multitask.
• Candidates must demonstrate a consistent record of dependable attendance.
• Preferred bilingual in Spanish or Hmong (optional).

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall supervision and management of the after school programs.
• Perform administrative tasks, lead activities, and engage with staff, students and families.
• Enforce school rules and policies; create a welcoming, positive and safe environment for students.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Shift hours: typically Mondays 1:30pm-6:15pm, Tue-Fri 3:30pm-6:15pm.
