Job summary

Burnsville-Eagan-Savage District 191 is recruiting non-licensed instructional staff for the BYC Targeted Services After School Program at Eagle Ridge and Nicollet Middle Schools. You will assist licensed teachers with BYC activities, supervision and student engagement, helping create a safe, enriching after-school environment.

Shifts are 2:30 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from Oct 20, 2026 to Mar 25, 2027. Compensation aligns with bargaining-unit rates for this program.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Background check.
• Previous experience supporting school-age students.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the BYC Site Lead to support students by assisting licensed teachers in BYC programming, including classroom instruction, enrichment activities, snack supervision, busing supervision, and student behavior.
