Burnsville-Eagan-Savage District 191 seeks a PALS Site Lead for BYC/PALS sites, delivering after-school enrichment and supervision at all elementary sites. The role focuses on building capacity, equity in instruction, and coordinated planning with the district’s ALC and Community Education staff.

The position requires a Minnesota teaching license and offers afternoon/evening hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, November 10, 2026 through March 24, 2027, with compensation of $36

Formación

• Proven ability to work with students, staff and families to support growth and achievement.
• Experience coordinating after-school or extended-day programming.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and lead extended day staff and activities, and supervise students.
• Design and lead enrichment activities for diverse learners.
• Attend program leadership meetings and communicate with families and staff.
• Collect and share data on student achievement and attendance; support English learners and students with special needs.
• Develop and coordinate staff and student schedules to meet student needs.
• Recruit teachers and coordinate staff schedules.
• Manage enrollment communications and maintain student records.
• Monitor attendance and address issues with families as needed.
• Assign High School Mentors and oversee discipline with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Community Education on operational procedures.
• Apply RTI concepts to reading and math interventions.
