NineTwoThree AI Studio is a remote-first product design, engineering, and marketing studio founded in 2012. We build AI-powered web and mobile apps for brands and startups, with a global team and full-time roles.

You’ll drive 2-3 projects end-to-end, translating business needs to technical tasks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior PMs in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of managing software development projects (Web and Mobile, AI/ML a plus).
• IT background with technical understanding of web and mobile app development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with customers and project teams.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Knowledge of business analysis: use cases, user stories, visual thinking/drawing.
• Experience in distributed teams management.
• Manual testing experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a dynamic project environment.
• Attention to details.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Drive 2-3 projects in the active stage from start to finish and deliver value to customers.
• Define project requirements and deliverables; plan, manage execution, monitor, adjust.
• Interpret business requirements to technical team and estimate efforts.
• Participate in customer calls and provide project updates.
• Organize and maintain Project boards; document tasks, timelines and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate development teams including QA and designers.
• Test the system before releases.
• Take ownership for project delivery; monitor progress and address risks.
• Onboard newcomers and mentor Junior PMs.

What You’ll Do

• Drive 2-3 projects in the active stage from start to finish and deliver value to our customers.
• Define project requirements and deliverables, plan and manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments.
• Interpretation of business requirements to the technical team and vice versa. Estimating development efforts.
• Participating in customer calls and providing a project update to the customer.
• Organizing and keeping up-to-date Project boards. Documenting tasks: timeline, user stories and developer’s tasks incl. detailed Acceptance Criteria.
• Coordinating the development teams including QA and designers.
• Testing the system before the releases.
• Taking full responsibility and ownership for project delivery. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them.
• Helping with onboarding newcomers and mentoring Junior PMs.

Who We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of managing software development projects (Web and Mobile, AI/ML will be a plus).
