What You’ll Do

• Connect the dotsbetween product vision, technical feasibility, and business needs.
• Communicateoptions, trade-offs, costs, and timelines clearly toboth our team and client.
• Lead projects end-to-end— from technical strategy toexecution.
• Architect solutionsand apply best practices for scalable, AI-powered products.
• Guide and mentorengineers, ensuring quality while delivering fast.
• Translate business needs intotechnical decisions, explaining trade-offs and timelines.
• Solve hard problems, direct implementation, and coordinate technical challenges with clients
  

Who We’re Looking For
True seniorengineers— not just people with years ofexperience, but those whoownsolutions anddriveexecution.

• 5+years ofexperienceinFull Stack Software Development (React, Node.js, Python, SQL)
• Strong knowledge ofcloud platforms(AWS, Azure orGCP).
• Clear and thorough understanding ofdesign patternsand software developmentbest practices
• Great communicatorswho can explain options, trade-offs, and technical details toclients and teams.
• Ability tobreak down complex problems into manageable tasks;
• Passion maintaining code style and standards and holding people accountable;
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture;
• Experience with React.js, Node.js, JavaScript and Typescript (atleast 5years);
• RESTful API design and implementation;
• OAuth and single sign-on (SAML);
• Leaders whoensure execution quality, push teams forward, and keep projects ontrack.
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Relational and no-SQL databases— MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis etc;
• Solid understanding ofprinciplesofJavaScript/TypeScript languages
• Ability tofreely express/present/discuss ideas inEnglish (B2-C1level)
• Flexibility with working hours toparticipate inmeetings with Eastern USA.
